Inno-Vointi project organizes a results seminar in the Aalto University Media Centre Lume on Tuesday May 21st, at 12-16. The seminar presents a management framework by which organizations in the public sector can develop innovation capabilities and well-being at work simultaneously. The framework comprises various organizational stakeholder groups including top and middle management, staff, and experts. The keynote speakers of the seminar are Professor Pentti Arajärvi from the University of Helsinki, Senior Advisor Mirjami Laitinen from Sitra, and the project consortium manager Mervi Hasu from the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health.
